We have a  20-day refund policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund you need to meet the following criteria. Any damaged/faulty items can be fully refunded and any items that have arrived late (14 days or over) can get a partial refund depending on how late it was. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your refund is accepted, we will refund 100% of the cost for a damaged item or a partial refund for an item that has taken over 14 days to deliver

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or refund your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. However you will still need proof of purchase

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
