What is the estimated delivery time?
For all shipping zones standard delivery times are estimated to be 4-7 Working days. If shipping times exceed 10 days a partial refund will be issued.
What payment methods are supported?
Ceronyx supports standard card payments from most banks and card issuers. We also support Apple pay, Google pay and Shop pay as standard payment methods. However if you wish to split the cost Clearpay is also available.
Is there a product warranty included?
Yes if a product is shipped or obtains a defect within 14 days a choice of a full refund or replacement product will be issued. (if defects are found email support@ceronyx.com with photo evidence to start the refund process.
What product sizes do you offer?
For most products we offer a size small to 5XL making our products suitable for everyone!
Where do you ship to?
We are based in the United kingdom, However we also ship to France, Germany, Canada and the United States.

Can orders be canceled after placement?
Yes if you accidently complete a purchase or no longer want the item(s) you can cancel the purchase and a full refund will be issued.

Although both our products and prints are durable standard care should be taken. Wash clothes at low to medium temperatures (approx. 30-40 degrees Celsius)
